His cases range from the defense of federal white-collar matters, including anti-trust; fraud; securities fraud; environmental; tax; narcotics; extradition and forfeiture, to the defense of complex state criminal prosecutions, juvenile and administrative actions. He has defended clients in 19 different states throughout the U.S. and has appeared in connection with three different cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.
